well. i had to eat before yoga this morning.. because i would have gotten sick yanno?
and i was doing fine until i got back from the mall with my friend (walked about 5 miles)
but when i got home i had a little bit of ziti that my mom made.. and a plum..
and half of a peanut butter sandwhich :(
so that's like.. maybe 500-600 cals!! :(((
but i went to cheerleading practice afterwards.. so hopefully i burned it off.

earlier when i weighed myself i lost 3 lbs..
i'm hoping to lose 15..
so i mean it's a start..
but i hope my eating didn't screw that up :(
